The Rectors of 15 Universities that came together within the scope of University Visits Based on Regional Development hosted by our university on the date of 28th February 2020 as part of Mission Differentiation and Specialization based on the Regional Development Project. The Rectors published a condemnation text about the Idlib attack. 

The Rector of our University Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya shared the condemnation message approved by the rectors of Aksaray University, Artvin Çoruh University, Bartın University, Bingöl University, Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, Düzce University, Hitit University, Kastamonu University, Kırklareli University, Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, Muş Alparslan University, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, Siirt University, Uşak University and Yozgat Bozok University with the participants. Rector Vatan Karakaya said that the martyrdom news from our martyrs who gave their lives for the sake of indivisible integrity of our country hurts our hearts and they are against each kind of words and explanations that support the terrorist organization and every hostile operation against our country as the successors of a deep-rooted civilization.
