Many academic Journals continue to their publishing life in our university which follows academic developments closely. Ahi Evran Medical Journal, Journal of the Faculty of Education, Journal of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Journal of Medical Sciences and Journal of the Institute of Social Sciences incorporate many national and international articles. 

Ahi Evran Medical Journal, which started its publishing life in 2017, aims to make contributions to scientific developments by delivering the results of the clinical and experimental studies. It is an academic peer-reviewed journal providing open access service and published three times in a year in the months of April, August and December. Turkish and English publications, which are never published before, take place in the journal.

Journal of the Faculty of Education started its publishing life in 2000 and it publishes articles and essays in Turkish and English. It is also an academic peer-reviewed journal providing open access service to its readers and also published three times in a year in the months of April, August and December. It is the official publishing outlet of the Faculty of Education. It can be scanned in indexes like EBSCOhost Research Databases, DOAJ, Turkish Education İndex, DRJI, SOBIAD, ULAKBİM, ERIHPLUS and Google Scholar.

Journal of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences belonging to the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of our School is published two times a year. It is an international academic peer-reviewed journal and its publishing language is Turkish and English. The Journal has been gathering many scientific studies belonging to the field of study since 2017. It can be accessed from Ulakbim and Dergipark.

Journal of Medical Sciences is a Journal of which target audience is health care professionals, academicians and students and it is published in Turkish and English, three times in a year and ahs been delivering academic studies to the field since 2017. It can be accessed from SOBAID and Turkish Education Index.

Journal of the Institute of Social Sciences, which is the official publishing outlet of the Institute of Social Sciences of Ahi Evran University, is an academic peer-reviewed journal. It is published in June and December and nearly 20 articles take place in each issue. The publishing language is Turkish and English. The articles to be published are sent to at least two peer reviewers after the analysis of editors. It has been continuing its publishing since 2014 and all studies published in it are licensed with Creative Commons Atıf 4.0 International license. The journal will be published three times a year as of 2020 in the moths of March, July and November. It can be accessed from ULAKBİM, SOBIAD, Turkish Education Index, ISAM and DRJI.
