Kırşehir Ahi Evran University continues to actualize its pilot university projects. Pilot University Coordinator Asst. Prof. Dr. Ramazan Ayrancı, Coarse Fodder Production Project Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tamer Yavuz and Assist. Prof. Dr. Hakan Kır organized an introduction and briefing meeting with 12 farmers from Özbağ Town. The meeting took place on the date of 17 September 2019 in Ahi Evran Congress and Culture Center and the benefits of coarse fodder in animal husbandry, especially for Kırşehir which is one of the most important centers for animal husbandry.
The geographical and climate features of Internal Anatolia and especially Kırşehir region have been mentioned in the meeting and it is suggested not to feel being obliged to produce wheat or barley.
The meeting which attracts farmers' attention ended after the mutual exchange of ideas and process of cooperation.
