The founder of Afghanistan Tolo-E Saadat University Dr. Selahattin Burhani said that they follow closely the activities, innovative works, projects and the values contributed by our university to the country, and they want to be in cooperation with Kışehir Ahi Evran University. He stated that they want to sing mutual cooperation protocols with the Faculties of Medicine, Engineering-Architecture, Islamic Sciences and Agriculture of our university and they believe that mutual information exchanges will be beneficial for both of the universities.
Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya said that our university attaches great importance to national and international cooperations and mutual cooperations have already been made with many universities, and he also added his wordsthat it would be a great pleasure for us to be in cooperation with Tolo-E Saadat University. Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya said that the relations between the Faculties of Medicine, Engineering-Architecture, Islamic Sciences and Agriculture of our university and Tolo-E Saadat University will develop and be beneficial for each other and he gave his best wishes on this cooperation.

A Cooperation Protocol Has Been Signed Between Our University and Tolo-E Saadat University
The administrators of Afghanistan Tolo-E Saadat University have paid a visit to our university and had an interview with the Rector Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya in the previous days. The interview took place in the rectorship on the date of 20 February 2019 and Dr. Selahattin Burhani, the university representative Hamidullah Rızazade and Bektaş Tufan, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Gökbel, and Foreign Affairs Office Coordinator Assist. Prof. Dr. Erman Akıllı have attended the interview.
