- Wash your hands with water and soap for at least 30 seconds on a regular basis.
- Provide hand sanitizers in polyclinics, use it before and after any contact with the patient.
- If your hands are visibly dirty, do not use hand sanitizers, wash your hands.
- Do not touch your face, nose and eyes without washing your hands or using hand sanitizers.
- Wash your hands, arms and face with water and soap before you leave the hospital.
- Do not use your mobile phones in polyclinic as much as possible, if you have to use them clean them with alcohol based disinfectants or warm water with soap on a regular basis.
- Cover your mouth and nose with surgical mask during examination and do not down it to your neck. If it gets wet, change it with a new one.
- Do not check the throat of the patients routinely, check them if you see it necessary.
- Do not hang your stethoscope to your neck and clean it with alcohol regularly after the examination.
- Do not consume food and drinks in your polyclinic room.
- Freshen the air in your polyclinic room regularly and let your patients into your room one by one.
- Have your polyclinic rooms cleaned twice a day with water with detergent and 1/100 bleacher.
- Clean mostly touched surfaces (door handle, phone, computer key boards and mouse, armrests etc.) in your polyclinic rooms often.
- Plan precautions protecting social distance with the patients and their relatives.
- When you encounter with a possible Coronavirus case, put on mask to the patient, keep the patient in your polyclinic room and contact with the emergency room.
- After a possible Coronavirus case, refreshen the air in your polyclinic room for at least 15-30 minutes and use your room after every surface is cleaned with 10% bleach.
- Simplify your belongings on your table and leave the tools (pancil, pen, paper, etc.) in your room.
- Wear your white coats while working and leave your coat in your room when you go out of your polyclinic room.
- Wash your white coats and uniforms at at least 60 degrees with normal detergent.
- Drink plenty of liquid, follow a balanced and healthy diet and be careful about your sleeping pattern.
